The participants of TINCON entered the Kraftwerk Berlin and discovered a projection where a giant heart was pounding underwater. Strange fishes and objects were swimming around it. The young audience was amazed to discover they could actually fill this virtual ocean with their own drawings. This led to an always-changing underwater world, with people combing back again and again to create new animals, or any thing they would like. The ocean became then a great repository of messages in a bottle, political statements and strange creatures.

More than 600 between fishes, messages or objects found their way underwater
A newsticker kept the participants informed about the events happening in the different locations
Every tweet with the hashtag #TINCON would appear floating in a bubble underwater
